ROANOKE, Va. Bill Kenney, the man who satisfied thousands of hungry customers with his drive-in restaurants and secret sauce, has died.

Kenney's career in the burger business started in Radford back in 1957.

In all, there were 50 of his restaurants across the region.

Later in his career, he became a big supporter of Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley.

He personally helped build around 100 homes, and sold his special Kenney's sauce at the Habitat store, giving the profits to the organization.

Kenney was 91 years old.
